Anne L. (Kalrich) Chalfa

Anne L. (Klarich) Chalfa, 85 of Aliquippa died June 28, 2015 at Villa St. Joseph under the very loving, compassionate care of their staff and the staff of Good Samaritan Hospice. Anne passed away with her loving family members at her side.She was born January 20, 1930 in Aliquippa and was the daughter of the late Izidor and Rose (Spolar) Klarich. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved husband George Chalfa who preceded her in death in June 9, 2005. Anne was the last surviving member of the Klarich family. She was preceded in death by her siblings: Caroline Vesolich, August Klarich, Kathryn Pripeton, Marge Hurni, Walter Klarich, Joseph Klarich and infants Albert and Maryann Klarich.Anne was a member of Saint Titus Roman Catholic Church, AliquippaShe is survived by her loving nieces and nephews: Eleanore (Ken) Copeland, Carole (Joe) Ratkovich, Edward (Debra) Vesolich, Stephen (Melinda) Hurni, Lawrence (Arlene) Pripeton and children, Monica (Bill) Arbacas and children, Cynthia (Hartwell) Phillips and children, Cathy McPhilomy and children, Paulette Trojan and others. Her very loving and beloved great nieces: Amy (Ray) Fernandez, Beth (Mike) Kendall, Leah (Noah) Wulster, Carla Vesolich and great-great nieces: Lindsey Singer and Holly Singer. Anne is also survived by other great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews and many loving members of the Chalfa family. In addition to her family she is also survived by many dear, longtime friends both near and far.Anne was a kind and gentle woman who will be sorely missed by her loving family and cherished friends. She lived her life with grace and dignity and was a wonderful example for all of us to follow.Visitation will be Wednesday 2-8 p.m. in the ANTHONY MASTROFRANCESCO FUNERAL HOME INC. 2026 McMinn Street, Aliquippa (724) 375-0496. Departing prayers will begin Thursday, 9:00 a.m. in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 9:30 a.m. in Saint Titus Church with Father Paul Householder. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Anne, if desired, may be made to the Beaver County Humane Society, Villa St. Joseph or Good Samaritan Hospice.
